At EventStore, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their custom lapel pins and accessories. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Custom Orders:
Since each of our lapel pins is custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been personalized or made to order. Please review all designs and details carefully before submitting your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the defective product or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photos of the damaged items and include your order number in the communication.
3. Non-Custom Orders:
For non-custom products or items that are not personalized, we offer a 30-day return period. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eventstore.click. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information (such as photos if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process and assist with any necessary actions.
6. Processing Refunds:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
