1. Ordering Process
- All orders placed on our website or through direct communication with our sales team are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review the order carefully for accuracy.
- If there are any issues with your order, such as product availability or pricing discrepancies, we will contact you directly to resolve the matter before processing your payment.
2. Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may be subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, the price is locked in.
- We may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers at our discretion. These will be clearly stated on our website or in promotional materials.
3. Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment gateways.
- All payments must be made in full before your order is processed.
- If a payment is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you and request an alternative payment method.
4. Sales Tax

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.
- Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- EventStore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control, such as extreme weather or customs processing.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@eventstore.click with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom-made products.
7. Custom Orders
- For custom-designed lapel pins, a deposit or full payment may be required upfront before production begins.
- Once production has started on custom orders, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
- We will provide proofs for custom designs before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to approve the design to avoid errors.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
9. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate at the time of order placement.
- Any discrepancies or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer may result in delays or additional fees for redelivery or order correction.
10. Limitation of Liability
- EventStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the specific product(s) purchased in the transaction where the issue occurred.
11. Changes to Sales Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Sales Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
